No account
The app requires no account and does not keep copies of your documents on our servers. There is no Ellen MD Converter account to delete.
Local data
Cancel the operation or start another selection to release working copies. To remove all private app data and language preferences, use Android Settings → Apps → Ellen MD Converter → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. This ends current operations and may delete results not yet exported. Save anything you need first.
Originals and exports
Clearing app data does not remove originals or copies saved elsewhere. Delete them in your file manager or selected provider and check trash, backups and shared copies. Each recipient or service has its own rules.
Support requests
For data you sent by email or information about website logs, write to suporte@cliniqai.net. Describe your request without attaching confidential documents. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect your data.
