Documents and conversion
The app processes the files and photos you select on your device. Conversion, text extraction and Latin-script OCR work offline. The app does not send documents, photos, extracted text, content hashes or sensitive metadata to our servers. The app has no user accounts, advertising, analytics or cloud AI.
Temporary files and preferences
Working copies remain in private app storage during import, conversion and export preparation. Cleanup runs when flows end, with persistent scheduled cleanup for temporary files; execution depends on Android. Your language preference is stored locally. The app disables Android automatic backup of its data. It does not delete your originals.
Sharing, printing and pickers
You choose which files to open and where to save, share or print results. Pickers, storage providers, destination apps and print services may transfer data under their own settings and policies. Exported copies are outside Ellen MD Converter's control. Institutional links open in your browser, which needs internet.
Website and support
This website uses no cookies, forms, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party runtime resources. The server may log IP address, date and time, requested path, HTTP response and browser information for operation and security. Access logs rotate daily with up to 14 previous files; specific security investigations may require preservation. If you email us, we receive your address and the information you include. We use it to respond and meet applicable obligations for as long as needed for those purposes. Do not send personal or confidential documents for diagnosis.
Your rights and deletion
You may request information, access, correction or deletion of data you sent to support, as applicable under law. Contact suporte@cliniqai.net with the minimum information needed to identify your request. We cannot remotely access documents on your device. This policy describes the current app and website. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Also review the policies of destinations you choose to share or save files.
