Quick guidance for converting documents and using your Markdown.
Basic workflow
- Choose one or more supported documents.
- Select Standard or AI-Ready.
- Review the Markdown preview.
- Save, share, or print through Android.
If a file fails
- Confirm that it opens in its original app and is not corrupt or password-protected.
- Check the current formats: MD, TXT, CSV, JSON, HTML, RTF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, or static WEBP.
- Try a smaller file and keep free device storage.
- For OCR, use sharp, straight, high-contrast images.
When asking for help
Keep the app version, format, approximate size, and steps. Do not share an actual document if it contains confidential data.
Support
Limits: 50 files, 100 MiB per document, 20 MiB per image, 1 GiB per batch; PDF up to 500 pages and OCR on up to 50 pages. OCR supports Latin script. The interface supports Portuguese, English, Spanish and Simplified Chinese; documents are not translated.
